George "Greg" Goosmann and John Rose began their practices in 1988. They joined forces in 2005 to create a law firm focusing primarily on the practice of transactional real estate law. Veronica Colvard came to the Firm in 2004. Beth Cramer joined in 2007. Practicing primarily in the area of real estate and legal issues related thereto, the Firm of Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer, P.A. is able to bring the highest level of efficiency and quality to real estate transactions and projects.
